Shipping & Delivery Policy
At RegalArtistry, every artwork is 100% made to order and individually hand-painted by the RegalArtistry Master Atelier. Because genuine impasto oil layers require time to cure naturally, we adhere to rigorous museum-grade preparation and shipping standards.
1. Painting, Natural Curing & Custom Framing (3 to 5 Weeks)
Unlike flat factory prints, authentic hand-painted oil artworks possess rich, tactile texture that must dry and cure naturally to ensure archival longevity. Please allow 3 to 5 weeks for painting, natural curing, and precision 3mm aluminum custom framing before dispatch.
2. Complimentary Pre-Shipping Preview Approval
Once your painting is fully cured, we email you high-resolution photos and video of the completed artwork for your personal inspection and sign-off. We only crate and ship your painting after you have completely approved the piece.
3. Express Air Transit Times (After Production)
• United States: 5–8 business days (Free Express Air Delivery)
• Canada, UK & Europe: 7–10 business days
• Australia & Worldwide: 8–12 business days
All shipments are handled via expedited premium air couriers (FedEx, DHL, or UPS) with full signature service upon delivery.
4. Shipping Costs & All Taxes Included
• United States: Free express shipping on all orders.
• All Taxes & Duties Included: All applicable duties, taxes, and handling fees are fully covered in your purchase price. You will never face surprise import fees or unexpected carrier charges upon delivery.
5. Museum-Grade Protective Crating
Every framed painting is packaged in custom reinforced museum-grade wooden crating with corner edge guards, high-density shock-absorbing foam, and heavy-duty moisture barrier wrap. All shipments are fully transit-insured.
6. Real-Time Tracking
The moment your crated artwork departs our studio, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email containing your direct tracking number and live tracking link.
